Digital Delivery

All products sold on North Guides are digital products, including downloadable e-books and guides. Because of this, no physical items will be shipped.

Delivery Method

After completing your purchase, you will receive immediate access to your digital product. This is typically delivered through:

• A download link on the order confirmation page, and/or

• A download link sent to the email address used during checkout.

Delivery Time

Digital products are usually delivered instantly after payment has been successfully processed. In some cases, delivery may take a few minutes depending on payment verification.

Incorrect Email Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct email address at checkout. If an incorrect email address is entered, please contact us and we will assist you in accessing your purchase.
